1. No Refunds

Verrio operates on a strict no-refund policy.
This applies to:

All credit/token purchases

All subscription or top-up payments

All partial or unused balances

All promotional or discounted purchases

Once payment is made, it is non-refundable.

2. Digital Services Are Delivered Instantly

Because verification credits and services are delivered immediately upon purchase, Verrio cannot cancel, reverse, or refund any payment.

3. No Refunds for User Error

Refunds will not be issued for:

Incorrect wallet address entered

Incorrect coin/network selected

Sending a request to the wrong recipient

Recipient failing to verify

Misunderstanding of the service

Duplicate transactions

Change of mind

Verrio is a tool to prevent mistakes — it cannot fix mistakes already made.

4. Technical Issues

If a failure occurs due to a platform-wide error caused by Verrio, we may replace the affected credit(s) at our discretion.

Replacements will not be provided for issues related to:

Email delivery issues

Spam filtering

Recipient mistakes

User mistakes

Internet or device problems

Third-party providers

5. Fraud & Chargebacks

Attempting to reverse a legitimate transaction through a chargeback may result in:

Account suspension

Loss of remaining credits

A permanent ban
